“Learning how to think no beingt told what to think”

We can look to the future together - this web site has many visitors globally and the number is growing.

Being a good communicator, freely sharing information and experience is a skill and some are better at it than others, but it is a skill that can be learnt and may go some way in supporting people who have a chronic disease.

When we share a common language, we're able to communicate with others and there is no lack of standardised vocabulary for clinical terms even though some of the terms may be difficult to understand. However there is no standardised vocabulary for heartfelt thoughtful words to be used by people to describe their illness, their experiences and what it means to them.

When seeking answers to complex situations be prepared to take your time, try not to make a judgement or come to a final a decision when you are emotionally charged.

Always

All people have their opinions and some may have hidden reasons to attempt to sway your opinion into line behind theirs, for many it is their way of holding power over others, to get them to buy something, invest in something or to scam them, therefore always take appropriate steps to ensure that any judgement, decisions and actions you take is yours and yours alone.

Risk - It is understandable that people who have a chronic disorder want to know as much about the disorder they have been diagnosed with and any problems that may lay before them.
